Who uses Ciel
Ciel is a private assistant used only by its owner, Kaiven (Kaiven Studios, UAE). It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
What data Ciel accesses
With the owner's permission, Ciel connects to the owner's own Google account to:
- Gmail: read emails, write drafts, and send emails. Every email is shown to the owner and sent only after the owner approves it.
- Google Calendar: read events and add events the owner asks for.
How the data is used
- Only to help the owner: summaries, reminders, drafting and sending the owner's emails, and managing the owner's calendar.
- Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
- To produce answers, relevant text is processed by Anthropic's Claude API under its commercial terms, which do not use API data to train models.
- Ciel's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Ciel runs on a private server controlled by the owner. Access keys are stored only on that server, never in public code. Every action Ciel takes is logged, and the owner can stop Ciel at any time.
Removing access
The owner can remove Ciel's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
